When I talk to my friend on the phone ,

situation 1)
Friend: Where were you?? Or he wonders where i am .
Me. : I have been in London

Is it possble to mean i am in London now??

situation 2)

friend : where were you ? Or where are you?
Me. : I have been in London for 2weeks.

Could it means I left London at some time , and now i am in somewhere else.

As result, ”have been in “ it could read differently in another context. is it right what I understand ?

[STRIKE]When[/STRIKE] Imagine I am talking to my friend on the phone.

Situation 1:
Friend: Where were you? [STRIKE]Or he wonders where I am.[/STRIKE]
Me: I [STRIKE]have been[/STRIKE] was in London.

Is it possible for this to mean I am in London now? No, that's not possible.

Situation 2:

Friend: [STRIKE]Where were you?[/STRIKE] [STRIKE]Or[/STRIKE] Where are you?
Me: I am in London. I have been [STRIKE]in London[/STRIKE] here for [STRIKE]2[/STRIKE] two weeks.

Could [STRIKE]it[/STRIKE] that [STRIKE]means[/STRIKE] mean I left London at some time, and now I am [STRIKE]in[/STRIKE] somewhere else? In that situation, no.

[STRIKE]As result,[/STRIKE] Could "have been in" [STRIKE]it could[/STRIKE] be read differently space here in space here another space here context?

[STRIKE]Is it right what I understand?[/STRIKE] Have I understood it correctly?

Please note my multiple corrections above.

There were too many variables in your situations. I have changed them so each situation refers to just one verb form. To answer you simply:

I was in London > You are no longer in London.
I am in London > You are in London.
I have been in London for two weeks > You are in London.

The only way "have been" wouldn't necessarily mean you were in a specific place is if you had been in multiple places.

Friend: Where have you been for the last three months?
Me: I have been in London, Delhi, Amsterdam and Los Angeles!

In order to find out where you are now, your friend would have to ask a follow-up question.

Really, I thanks for your correction!!!!!
I got your advice!!

Go easy on the exclamation marks. ;-)

Delete them all, and use full stops/period instead.
