Hello.

Are the following sentences grammatically correct?

"I just wanted to remind you that the meeting with the people from the Ministry will next Tuesday at nine o'clock. Personally I don`t care if the video was or wasn't an inside joke between you and the boy. You always can count on me. And remember, the school need that you take the job at the Ministry of Education."

I prefer "can always count."

I don't find "the school needs that you take the job" natural at all. In BrE, it would be "the school needs you to take the job" or "the school requires that you take the job". In this sentence, "needs" and "requires" are not interchangeable (without making other changes).
