Today, he woke up very early because he wanna go to park .
He found that daddy and mummy were still sleep soundly then he said, "I let you both sleep awhile, i reading my book first."

"I let you both sleep awhile, I reading my book first."
"I let you both sleep awhile, I am going to read my book first."


Is the second sentence sound more correctly?
 
Why would he speak to sleeping people?
 
That makes little sense.
 
Today he woke up very early because he wanted to go to the park.
He found that Daddy and Mummy were still sleeping soundly. So he said, "I ...."

I might say something like:

"I will let you both sleep a little while longer. I am going to do some reading until you wake up."

P.S. I have made a few suggested changes to your original post.

In post #3, I would suggest something like: "Maybe the kid knew that his parents were pretending to be asleep."
