Hello

Is 'I like my work' as common as 'I like my job?' Or is it better to use the latter?
And if I want to say that ''I work a lot'' can I instead of saying that say ''I have a lot of work?''

Both are fine but I would say it's more likely to say I like my job. It really depends though on whether you are thinking about what you do as an official position of employment (job) or as something more general (work). A prostitute, for example, probably wouldn't describe the work she does as a job. (She might describe each 'act' as a job, but I don't want to complicate the issue.)

I work a lot is fine. This could be a way to talk about your lifestyle.

Without more context, I have a lot of work is likely to be interpreted to mean that you have lots of things to do currently.
