In your title and all four sentences you have incorrectly used "then". You need "than". Please use the "Edit" facility to correct all of them.

Please check my sentences. (Please start putting this at the top of your posts, not after the sentences.)

1) I would rather live in my country than live in some other country. ✅
2) I would rather keep living in my country than going and living in some other country. ❌
3) I would prefer to live in my country than live in some other country. ✅
4) I would prefer living in my country than living in some other country. ❌
To make #2 correct, change "going and living" to "go and live".
I can't make #4 make sense at all so I'd forget about that one if I were you.
