In your title and all four sentences you have incorrectly used "then". You need "than". Please use the "Edit" facility to correct all of them.

1) I would rather live in my country than live in some other country.

3) I would prefer to live in my country than live in some other country.
4) I would prefer living in my country than living in some other country.

To make #2 correct, change "going and living" to "go and live".
I can't make #4 make sense at all so I'd forget about that one if I were you.
