I wanted to add a friend of mine to my online chat group. When I was adding him, I found that he was already there. I didn't know when he joined the group and later he told it was someone else added him to our group. (People in one group can add their friends into the group they're already in.) I said to my friend "I'm surprised you're already there". I wonder if my italic sentence is natural?
