I can't understand where 'indeed' is supposed to be placed in a sentence. In the examples on the online dictionaries I have consulted, it was placed in various positions. Does its position make any difference? For instance, if I want to add it to the sentences below to emphasize that they are true statements, where should I place it?
He was frightened.
There is a hut in the woods.
