We've avoided the fact that we're all dying.
It hurts and bothers me, but it's better for people to leave.
You will hear three types of words.
Anyway, you'll die earlier than you'd like to.
Death will come like this.
You won't eat because you die.

This is the English summary of part 1 of the above book in Korean. Please correct the mistakes.
 
I am not sure what leave means in the second line. Aren't these three sentences? The second doesn't work for me because death can come in many ways. I would use after in the last.
 
Here, "leave" means that when you die, people around you will leave you, and vice versa as both parties can't see each other any more.

It hurts and bothers me, but it's better for people to leave.
 
Is that clear?
 
We'd better ask the author as this is a very abstract and profound writing about the other world of death.
 
To be honest, it's more laboured than profound to me.
