Which sentence has a more natural word order? Or are both sentences corret and natural?
1) We were introduced by Jim to Mr. Brown that day.
2) We were introduced to Mr. Brown by Jim that day.
 
it depends on which of the two people is the focus of our attention.

The person I want to emphasize comes first, right?
 
If you normally use passive voice then use one of those. Otherwise, say:

Jim introduced us to Mr. Brown.
