Is "I changed some custom keyboard shortcuts." correct?

I'm not sure whether I should use "some" or "a few." There are like 4 keyboard shortcuts changed.

1. I changed some custom keyboard shortcuts.
2. I changed a few custom keyboards shortcuts.

See above. I don't think it really matters whether you use "some" or "a few". If I were you, I'd say exactly how many you've changed. Please don't get into the habit of using "like" in the way you did. Either you changed four shortcuts or you changed approximately four shortcuts. Four is a low number - it's not hard to actually count them!
