Is it correct to say "Send me the documents" or "Send me the copy of your bill"?

We don't have to use "To" here. Am I correct?

See above. Don't capitalise a word inside quotation marks unless it's a proper noun or the first person singular pronoun "I".

Most native speakers would say "Send me a copy of your bill".
