FC Chabab is a Dutch amateur association football club from Amsterdam, North Holland. They are currently playing in the Dutch top class. It is known for being a team mostly composed by players from the Moroccan community of Amsterdam.

No. "Composed of".

We could use by in a different context:

The Magic Flute was composed by Mozart.

Will it sound good if I say "consisted of"?

Composed by, consisted of or comprised all work.

But please avoid the common error of "comprised of."
