I have a bullet list of a training course topics, one of them is how to use the equipment/machinery, BUT, I don't want to use "how to use the machine"
Which one of these phrases is best ?
machine use
machines operating
?
Feel free to suggest other options

How to operate the xxx (name of machine).

A shorter name won't give the exact description.

Please note my corrections above. Remember to use an appropriate closing punctuation mark at the end of every sentence/question. Whenever you give us more than one phrase or sentence to look at, please number them.

Sentence 1 is possible but I would use something like "Machine/Equipment operating instructions" or "Machine/Equipment operating guide". You need to decide whether to use "Machine" or "Equipment".

How about:

Machine operating manual
