is it rude to use the term pragmatic in order to define way of working and management of any individual?

how do we use the phrase ' lord it over', and 'gloss over' in a sentence. Could You give an example.

How do we use the phrases 'lord it over', and 'gloss over' in a sentence? Could you give an example?

Note my corrections to your post above. Remember the rules of written English:

- Start every sentence with a capital letter.
- End every sentence with a single appropriate punctuation mark.
- Always caitalse the word "I".
- Do not put a space before a comma, full stop, question mark or exclamation mark.
- Always put a space after a comma, full stop, question mark or exclamation mark.
- Do not put a space after an opening quotation mark or before a closing quotation mark.
- Always put a space before an opening quotation mark or after a closing quotation mark.
