Is the abbreviation for 'Frequently Asked Questions' FAQ or FAQs?

Either. If used in a sentence where it is obviously plural, I would add the "s."

You'll see both used. I prefer FAQ as I put the -s on when it's the plural of the whole acronym or initialism, but other may, and do, feel differently.

I'd use FAQs for two or more lists of questions.
