[Grammar] IS THIS SENTENCE GRAMMATICALLY CORRECT OR INCORRECT?

Please tell me if the sentence below is right or wrong for I am thinking of having this as a tagline for a college I am going to start!!

"Character is Life!"
 
It's grammatically OK. Not sure what you mean by it.
 
Character is Life

This claim is likely to reap as many interpretations as those receiving it. It will not do your educational mission any justice, since it will confuse many. Grammar is not the issue here, rather semantics.
Thumbs down on this one.:cry: Reflect a little on what your school will offer its students. Perhaps "Character for Life".

I'm not sure that it means much, but does it really need an exclamation mark?
