it's not necessary yelling at me or insulting me to make me cry... these days this damn heart's broken even by saying dear and honey...

shouldn't "saying" be hearing? ... or it does't matter..

thanksssss

Welcome to the forum.

"Saying" is fine if the person gets upset every time they say those words.

Please note that there are some important rules in written English and we ask that all forum users follow them at all times:

- Start every sentence with a capital letter.
- End every sentence with a single appropriate punctuation mark.
- Always capitalise the word "I".
- Always capitalise proper nouns.
- Don't put a space before a comma, full stop, question mark or exclamation mark.
- Always put a space after a comma, full stop, question mark or exclamation mark.

An ellipsis (...) is a specific type of punctuation. It should not be used where it is not appropriate.
I assume the words you posted are a quote from something (perhaps a song?) Please quote your source.
Please use full English words, not textspeak or chatlish. "thanksssss" is not a word. It's "Thanks".

In addition, please correct the location information in your profile.

Thanks a lot. OK, I'd try to do these rules. I barely know English. This sentence is a translation of my phone text.

Thank you for using correct capitalisation and punctuation in your second post.

Do you mean that someone has sent you a text message/SMS containing your quote?

Sorry, I don't get what's your mean: "correct the location information in your profile". Is there a site in my profile named "location information" which i should correct that?

Your welcome. Yes, my friend send that to me. she wants
me to translate that to her.

No, I think the message is that "This heart gets broken by [someone else] saying 'Dear' or 'Honey', let alone by [someone else] yelling and insulting." It's acceptable colloquially.

Thanks. You know in fact I'm searching for the nice translation that means:"I've been sensitive recently and there's no need yelling at me to make me cry even i heard something nice i cry too."

"I've been really sensitive lately so you don't need to yell at me to make me cry more. Even people being nice to me upsets me!" It's not exactly the same as your first post but it's closer to what you wrote in post #10.

To get closer to "it's not necessary yelling at me or insulting me to make me cry... these days this damn heart's broken even by saying dear and honey...", I would say "There's no need to yell at me or insult me to make me cry. These days, all it takes to break my heart is hearing 'dear' or 'honey' ".

Thank you so much. That really helped.

Your appreciation is welcome, shinaya, but there is no need to write a new post to say Thank you. Simply click the Thank button on any posts you find helpful. It means that we don't have to open the thread again to read your new post and then find that it doesn't include any new information or an additional question.

It saves everybody's time.

"Your appreciation is welcome" What a nice sentence! I never think there's such sentence. Ah my knowledge of English writing and speaking is a little.
