Is "would" more formal than "Will" in these sentences?

If I put the word "will" instead of "would", do the sentences become formal?
1.It would be fun to be taken to fabulous restaurant.
2.It would be fun to be considered to fabulous restaurant.
3.It would be fun to be regarded as fabulous restaurant.

1.It would be fun to be taken to fabulous restaurant. It is not an issue of formality. Rather, each has a different meaning when used as in your example. Use of "would" suggests that no promise or plan has been made, only that the speaker would enjoy the opportunity. Whereas use of "will" suggests that a plan has been made to be taken to a restaurant.
2.It would be fun to be considered to fabulous restaurant.
3.It would be fun to be regarded as fabulous restaurant.

Examples #2 and #3 do not make sense, particularly because of the use of "considered" and "regarded".

Doesn't "take" mean "consider" or "regard" in the sentence1(original sentence I saw from collins dictionary)?

It means to be transported, accompanied, or simply "brought" there.

Think about this, please.
Does it make ANY SENSE at all for someone to think you are a restaurant?
