appears to be tricky to understand the sense of the whole sentence. Can I say in a more straightforward way that your vision is not necessarily the right...?

Do such grammar structures have the specific name to read more about them?

Forget about that initial "it's". He adjusts his sentence quickly to "Your vision of the way to run a country is not necessarily or even possibly the right one".

Yes, they're called 'mistakes'. ;)

As teechar pointed out, he simply misspoke. Either he's nervous being interviewed, or just changed his thought process after starting to speak. He also might not have completely formulated his response before beginning to speak. All are common when speaking impromptu.
