Which one is correct : "Keep on reading" or "Keep reading"?
 
They are both correct.

In what context do you want to use them?
 
"Keep on reading to improve your English" OR "Keep reading to improve your English"?
 
They both work.
 
In what type of context makes the difference?
 
When do we use "keep on reading" and "keep reading"?
 
Since they mean the same thing, there is no difference in the contexts in which they might be used. It's personal choice.
