1. I will kick the hell out of you.

Does it mean I will remove the hell from the inside of you by kicking once?

2. I will slap the teeth out of your mouth.

Does it mean I will remove the teeth from the inside of your mouth by slapping once?

1. I will kick the hell out of you.
2. I will slap the teeth out of your mouth.
These are simply picturesque threats to commit violence. They are meant no more literally that "I'll tear you limb from limb" or "I'll have your guts for garters".

They are meant no more literally that
Then how to say "I will remove the hell from the inside of you by kicking once"?

I have no idea what you have in mind.
People still use these phrases. So I wanted to make sure whether I have guessed their meanings correctly.

It's just an expression. There's no literal meaning and it doesn't mean there is only one kick.

No, they don't. You changed the wording. A person might say: "I will beat the stuffing out of you", which is a threat of violence. It's not meant literally, but the meaning is clear.

1. I will kick the hell out of you.

2. I will slap the teeth out of your mouth.
You appear to have misremembered what you read.

I've heard "I will kick hell out of you" (without "the"). It means "I'll give you a severe beating". The speaker may not necessarily use his legs at all.

I've heard "I'll knock your teeth out". Again, this is to be taken as "I'll use violence towards you". The speaker may not necessarily target the other person's teeth.

It's pretty clear what "I will kick the hell out of you" means with or without the article.

Right. On second thoughts, I've heard both.

Almost all the alternatives I can think of involve the definite article.

I'll kick the hell out of you.
I'll beat the sh*t out of you.
He beat the cr*p out of me.
She kicked the living daylights out of her sister.

The only exception that springs to mind is:
I'll beat seven bells out of him.

@emsr2d2 "I'll beat seven bells out of him" doesn't seem all that violent. 😀
