A: The new year is coming. Shall we have a party to celebrate it?
B: Good idea! When will we have it?
C: What about Saturday?
A: Sorry, I’ll go out with my cousin on Saturday.
B: What about Sunday?
A and C: No problem.
B: OK. Let’s make it Sunday.
(By me)

In this context, I’d like to know whether it’s also OK to put the preposition “on” before “Sunday” like this:

Let’s make it on Sunday.

Change the line I'll go out with my cousin on Saturday. You've got the wrong future form there.

Change the modal in the question When will we have it? too.

What about this?

1. I'm going out with my cousin on Saturday./I’ll be going out with my cousin on Saturday.

2. When shall we have it?
