Hello,

I'd like to ask you a question about these two phrases: 'manual skill' and 'hand skills'.
Is it correct to use either of them in this sentence ?

If you want to be a construction worker on skyscrapers, good 'manual skill' is a very important requirement.

If you want to be a construction worker on skyscrapers, good hand skills are a very important requirement.

Thank you for your help,
heyt
