[Grammar] modern bathroom with tub and shower

Here's an extract from a video script. There aren't any articles before 'modern bathroom', 'tub', 'shower', 'sauna' and 'steam room'? Is it done this way for the purpose of 'style' (the manner of presenting the material in video reports)? Or is it just some inaccuracy? Would it sound different with the articles in terms of style?

See the modern technology that was built into the house, such as the central intercom system. Custom-designed chandeliers, made for gas and electric, modern bathroom with tub and shower and the basement complete with sauna and steam room.

P.S. I know that in headlines articles can be skipped, can this 'rule' be applied to texts like the one I mentioned?

It's meant to sound like the language you'd see in an advert trying to sell a house, where articles can be omitted. It wouldn't work in a written text and most commentaries would use the articles. This is trying to sound like the language used to promote a house for sale.
