Is this grammatical:

I am so sorry. I should've given you my cell phone number! Let's hops this doesn't happen again but next time you know where to reach me. Don't worry about it, stuff like this happens every day. It's just bad luck. Important thing is that you weren't hurt and the other person is okay too.

No, but it is OK as informal.

Could you change it so that it's grammatical correct.

That is your job.

Please take a look at my corrections.

Why is it my job? I post here to get help from you guys. If I knew the answer to the question I wouldn't post on this forum. If I could donate to this forum like what they do on Wikipedia I would.

It is your job because it is how you will learn. Is that not why you are here?

Can someone please take a look at my sentences and corrections.

Much better.

There should be a comma after "again" and a semicolon after "day". Don't you feel better having corrected your own work?

Yes, but I'm trying to get better in writing and grammar, and sometimes I don't catch my own mistakes, so it's more productive when a native speaker corrects me.

It is easier, but not necessarily more productive.

Yes, easier and more productive for my English development, wouldn't you say?

No. Easy is not usually the answer.

You could improve it by writing "she got into an accident".
Some people might say that 'in' is fine. But that wouldn't be to argue that 'into' is not better.

And that is not to say that "into" is better.

I prefer 'get into an accident". You use "into" when you say:

get into problem
get into trouble
get into debt
get into a mess
get into a difficult situation
