Excuse me. Is it correct to say 'My nose fits my face.' I mean it is of the right size and it is not big for my face.

[STRIKE]Excuse me[/STRIKE]. Unnecessary. Is it correct to say 'My nose fits my face.' I mean it is of the right size and it is not too big for my face.

It sounds OK to me, but it's not something people keep stopping me in the street to tell me about.

We usually only comment on our physical features when we're unhappy about them.

The only time a BrE speaker would say anything like that would be as a humorous response to a comment about their nose. This would only be as banter among very good friends.

Yes and...
AmE Speaker: "Wow, I have a bloody nose!"
BrE Response: "We all have noses".
