[On the back cover of the game box of "Sonic 3"]

1. What does it mean by "new attitude"? Does that mean "a strong, confident, or impressive quality"?
https://www.britannica.com/dictionary/attitude

2. Does the underline part mean "experience the ultimate in speed and (experience the) ultra-sonic power", rather than "experience the ultimate in speed and (in) ultra-sonic power"?

1. I don't like the phrase "new attitude" used on the game cover. Does the designer expect players to change their attitude? I would use "fresh/new approach/strategy" to deal with new situations/threats.

2. I think it makes no difference either way you look at it.

It means the new game is bigger and better, with different features. Don't try to read too much into it- play it.
It is not trying to read too much into it but to discuss the language used on the game cover. People do judge things from the cover/packaging, contrary to what the well-known saying goes about that of a book.

Mind you, that sentence has become James Joyce.
