Hello everyone,
In the 1964 movie Mission to Venice there is a scene where Michael Newman talks to his old friend Giuseppe.
Michael: Hey, come here, come here. Say it do you know who the girl on that boat is?
Giuseppe: Nice. She's staying at the Savoia, but I wouldn't recommend her.
Does "Nice" imply she's nice or does it imply it is nice that you're asking about her/it is nice that you're interested in her?
If the video is necessary:
It's at 15.51.
The girl Michael is asking about does look very nice. You can see her at 15.06.
Thank you.
