When someone says "He possesses no measurable talent"

Does it mean that he has no talent at all, he is talentless

or

Does it mean that he has more talents than you can count.

The former. He has so little talent that it can't even be measured! It should read "He possesses ...".

Thank you.

And if we want the sentence to mean that he has countless talents, he is very talented, I believe, we should amend it to this: "He possesses unmeasurable/immesaurable talent", am I correct?

Immeasurable is good.
