Hi there;
There is a phrase in a technical textbook: Context is computing. To sum up, whenever we do not give specific commands to a browsers (a special programs for viewing web pages, such as Internet Explorer,Mozilla Thunderbird) it expresses the results. Here it is:

wacky: silly in an exciting and or amusing way
kick around: to be lying somewhere untidly, especially when forgotten.

Very, very old browsers will still do wacky things, but there’s no way around that, no matter what doctype you use. Fortunately, it’s rare to see a copy of Internet Explorer 5 kicking around these days.

what is the meaning of "but there’s no way around that" in that context? Thanks in advance.
