How to understand "Nobody's home"

Nobody is home
or
Nobody has home

and
Change one's mind

Change one is mind
or
Change one has mind

'Nobody's home' = 'Nobody is at home' or 'Nobody is in' or 'The house is empty.'

'Change one's mind' = 'Alter one's opinion' or 'Come to a different decision.'

I understood them meaning, but I want to know how it should be without abbreviations :)

Right - I see what you mean.

'Nobody's home' = 'Nobody is home' - the apostrophe represents the missing letter.

'Change one's mind' - the apostrophe is possessive - not an abbreviation, so it cannot be removed.

Compare: 'change your mind' / 'change my mind'.

It's possible, but not common, that you could refer to an empty house as "nobody's home," referring to possession.
