Hello.

In scientific research, should I use numbers, Roman numerals, dash, or hyphen?

The general point is "Electronic supervision of in-service teachers. There are list of points (sub-categories) underneath the general point. Should I say : Roman numerals as in 1, numbers as in two, Dash or hyphen?

I think that's what you mean. If so, then your question is about style. Ask your supervisor which style (manual) you should follow. It is important to adopt one style and stick with it throughout your text.
