Tom:please fax the documents to us as soon as possible.
Tim:Okay, I will try but whose attention should I send these to?
Tom:Those should be sent to my attention. Mention my name on those. I am the person concerened.

Are these sentences correct?

I would just ask who they should be sent to- attention is just a label for me.

Is it incorrect to say "Whose attention should I sent it to" or "Send it to my attention"?

If you must use "attention", you need to use "for".

Whose attention should I mark it for?
Please mark it for my attention.

You will sometimes see, (in the UK at least) on notes, memos, letters, envelopes and emails "FAO + name". FAO means "For the attention of" and is followed by the name of the person who needs to see it.
