'One of many' vs 'one of the many'

Should I use one of the many or one of many in the following sentence?


- Flexibility is one of the many/many advantages of working from home.
 
You can use either option. If there's any difference it's not worth worrying about.
 
Use the many if you have a complete list of the advantages.
