I have no clue what "pin on" means here. Does it mean "Tips on Get Lost in Central America"?

It's probably how you flag things that interest you on Pinterest. You put a pin on the item. (I've never tried it.)

They're telling you to put a pin on "Get Lost in Central America."

PS -

There. See that? Zipping around in a golf cart. A golf cart!

In the context of the internet and things like discussion boards, forums, and social media, to "pin" means to make something stay at the top of the page. For example, if you look the "Ask a Teacher" section of this site, you may notice that the first five topics are always the same. That's because a moderator has 'pinned' them, so they don't move.

Otherwise, threads progressively move down the page and eventually off into subsequent pages as new topics are added on top. When someone replies to a previous thread, it's temporarily brought back to the top, but will eventually move down and away again. The same idea applies to Pinterest, as Charlie said.
