Hi everyone, Please correct as needed.


Dear Dr. XXXX,

The last binder we received from you was for DOS 09.13.17. After that, we have not received any binder from you and we have not transcribed for any patient under your name. The chart # xxxx you mentioned in your mail is for DOS 09.18.17 which we did not work. Maybe there was a mess up with another chart from any previous DOS as we were working on pending charts until 30th September. I checked and did not find a chart with the # xxxx you mentioned.

I think that means "date of service".

Sorry for the confusion, DOS means the date of service. Thank you so much for the correction. "Since then we have not received a binder from you...."

For the second sentence:

And:
