Are above-mentioned sentences correctly to write?:-|
 
Please be aware you also need to use the linking verb 'be' with the adjective 'aware' in your first sentence.

I see "please kindly" a lot in English correspondences written in Asia, and I don't like it. It's redundant, and sounds very old fashioned (19th century).
