What is the name of the position you are applying for? It's at a for-profit company, isn't it?
I think "young people" is more natural than "young humans".
The motivation letter is your chance to talk about yourself. So do exactly that. Talk about yourself!

We use the word "its" this way:
I cannot remember its name.
