[Vocabulary] Question about the use of "one"

Hey gang! The following is from episodes of TV series where the word "one" expresses three different meanings which I'm confused about.

Could you first explain what they mean in relation to the contexts and then state the part of speech of theirs? Thanks!!

In the first one, one is used in the sense of specifically. In the second one, one means one individual or one person. In the third one, one refers to the number one.

Since the others can't see the quotes, I suggest that you repost that using a different format.
