This is a new thread in which we will discuss some problematic sentences that need suitable question tags.
The sentence is:

It ain't easy,.........? [slang/non-standard/used only for a special effect when used by educated people]

That is correct. It is the only possible question tag in this case.

That's the natural choice, though people who use ain't might come up with innit? as a tag.

In somewhat slangy AmE, only Is it? is possible.

I agree because, as far as I know, "innit?" is only British.

That could be natural in some dialects. Ain't can mean "isn't", "aren't", or "haven't".
