Hi!
This is a new thread in which we will discuss some problematic sentences that need suitable question tags.
The sentence is:

There's some people talking,.........? [slang/non-standard]

thanks in advance!

I think the question tag is "aren't there".

Do you think "isn't there?" can be a right answer?

"Isn't there?" is a good question tag if the statement correctly starts with "There is". However, "There's" in your original sentence should be "There are" because that is what we use with plural countable nouns. In casual, colloquial English, you will frequently hear people use the contraction "There's" even though the full correct form would be "There are". It's not encouraged in standard English.
This page includes some useful explanations and example sentences about "There is vs there are" (it's not about question tags).

Does that mean we can use "There's" with plural nouns, in colloquial English, only when contracted?

Thanks for this useful link.
I've already said it's as good a guess as any.
This is ambiguous to me some way. Please, answer using "Yes" or "No" :)

I think I'll continue to answer in the way I think is appropriate.

OK, but don't take it personally. I am only making our impermanent relationship a little funny.
