Which of these options can be used here?

A good work climate is important. That's why from now on smoking is allowed and everybody gets...............

a 100€ raise per week.
a 100€ raise in pay per week.
a 100€ raise in/of salary per week.
100€ more per week.

"100€ more per week" is possible (i.e. number 4, had you numbered them).
The others mean that every week, you are going to earn 100€ more than the week before, which seems very generous. "a 100€ per week raise" is not the same as "a 100€ raise per week".
