What are the words at 0:46- 0:48 in [
]? I hear a sort of "regardless of the Ukrainian soldier". Thank you

Regardless doesn't make sense. "I said to the guard <unintelligible> of the Ukrainian soldier" is all I can make out. My guess would be that he just flubbed the word immediately after guard.

It's "I said to the (pause) the guar- the s- the Ukrainian soldier".

He starts the word "guard", doesn't finish it, starts to say something else, probably "the soldier", doesn't finish that either, then decides on "the Ukrainian soldier".
