Please help me correct the following report to the supervisor. Thank you.
1) Having read through the proposal from the Construction Department, I have no objection to their suggestion of dismantling the aged water tape at our garden as it hasn't served any functions for years and is presently defective awaiting for repair work. More importantly, there are already sufficient water supply for irrigating plants and cleansing work at the garden.
2) In response to the report dated 11.01.2017 from the Computer Section (CS), we have no further comment on their proposal of providing a refund to Mr. Lookman, whose age has been undercounted by 2 years, from 60 to 58 in our electronic record, resulting from being mistakenly input by a staff of CS on 11.10.2014 as Mr. Lookman's age being 56 rather than 58 when he registered as our member and first reserved our facilities. In fact, according to our clubhouse regulations, anybody reach 60 will be eligible for a 50% concession on their facilities booking charges and since Mr. Lookman turns 60 at the time of his booking for our facilities on 11.01.2017, he should not pay for the full amount of the booking charges as he did on 11.01.2017 and so a refund of his overpaid charges is justifiable.
3) We have replied to the Engineering Department that we have no adverse comment on their substitute plan for upgrading the lighting system at our clubhouse at an estimated cost of $152,500 and we wish they could use up the additional funds available to complete the upgrading work by the end of Feb 2017.
