I have a term deposit account with your bank which has already been matured, but I could not get renewed my term deposit immediately after its maturity date.
Therefore, I request that you renew my term deposit with retrospective effect for further / another period of 13 months.

Please tell me if the sentences above are grammatically correct and appropriate.

Delete "has already" there. Replace "get renewed' with "renew". Delete "further ".

"has already been matured" ❌
"has already matured" ✅

I wouldn't use "already":there.

See above.
Why couldn't you get your insurance renewed?

If you've already been told that you can't renew it ("get it renewed"), why are you requesting that they renew it?
