A) School
1. St. Marry secondary.
2. St. Andrew secondary.

B) Schools
1. St Marry secondary.
2. St Andrew secondary

Which group is correct? A or B?

Note : School or Schools?

Speakers of American English typically use a period/full stop after 'St' and British English speakers don't.

I don't think there's a saint called 'Marry'. You probably mean 'Mary'.

Each group has the names of two schools, and as they are names, 'Secondary' should be capitalised.

The word "School" is also normally included in the name, and we usually use the possessive.

St Mary's Secondary School
St Andrew's Secondary School
