Hi guys,

Here in Iran, when we finish our conversations with friends on the streets, we
usually say: "send my hello to your family, bye"

I want to know if you native English speakers say something like that while leaving each other.

The formal phrase is "please give my regards to your family". Informally we might say "Say hello to your family for me".

I mean do you also use the word "send"?

I think that is possible, but "give" seems much more likely to me.
