I had my suit cleaned.
e.g. subject + had + object Is this correct?

(1) If I understand my high school-level grammar books
correctly, this is how I would parse (analyze) your nice sentence:
I = subject.
had = verb.
my suit = object (my = possessive adjective; suit = noun).
cleaned = past participle that refers to "my suit." I believe that
most grammar books call "cleaned" in your sentence a so-called
objective complement.
If you only said, "I had my suit," no one would understand. They
would ask: You had your suit what? In other words, you have to
complete the meaning of the
object ( "complement" comes from the
word "complete").
