1. (A) She had cleaned her house, so she could relax.
→The result came from the action which had been completed.
1. (B) She had been cleaning her house, so she was tired.
→The result came from the action which had stopped.
2. (A) She will relax by 5 p.m. because she will have cleaned her house.
→The result will come from the action which will have been completed.
2. (B) She will be tired by 5 p.m. because she will have been cleaning her house.
→The result will come from the action which will have stopped.
