Please tell me whether they are grammatically correct.

Note my changes above. Is there some reason you need to mention that they'd been kept/stored in a warehouse? I would expect deliveries to have some kind of identifying number, so I'd say:

GLS has now delivered shipments [number] and [number].

Due to project delay, we had asked them to keep this shipment in their warehouse at that time. GLS is our forwarding agency and they are clearing and deliverring shipments regularly.
